The following constitutes the Terms and Conditions that apply to use of the Gobootcamp website and services. Please read thoroughly before placing a booking.
Booking
To secure your place with Gobootcamp make sure you;
Read and fully understood all terms, conditions and policies
Complete the Booking Form
Make full payment of programme fee.
We don’t want you to miss out! Once we receive your completed Booking Form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Gobootcamp. This is a legally binding contract and all bookings are conditional on clearance of full fee.
Gobootcamp reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Data Protection and Privacy Statement
This privacy statement sets out how Gobootcamp uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.
Gobootcamp is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy as follows;
We may use the information you provide to us to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we feel may be of interest to you, using the email address which you have provided to us.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. You are welcome to decline our communications, but we do hope you will engage with us to help make Gobootcamp even better!
We may use the information you provide to customise the website according to your interests.
Personal information requested during the booking process is held on a secure data storage system and used by us in connection with the Booking. Where necessary we may share personal information for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under the Contract. We take full responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal information. However it is a term of using our website that you agree to indemnify us in against any damage caused in the unlikely incidence of a third party interference.
If you are at any time concerned as to what personal information we hold about you, we invite you to make a written request under the Data Protection Act 1998 UK. We do charge a small administrative fee for this service. Please write to info@gobootcamp.net to avail of this service.
Damage Loss theft of property
We strongly recommend that you do not bring unnecessary valuables to our bootcamps. Should you choose to do so, Gobootcamp accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal possessions, which includes, but is not limited to, clothing, jewellery, or similar items of value and other personal equipment that you may choose to use on a bootcamp.
Model Release
We believe in marketing with integrity. Therefore we strive to ensure that our marketing materials reflect an accurate and honest impression of our camps, while being in line with the ethics and values of Gobootcamp. Children are highly encouraged participants in our bootcamps. This means that we sometimes use images of children attending previous camps in our marketing campaigns. Your consent to our use of your child’s image in our marketing is implied by your acceptance of the terms and conditions at the time of booking. We do however understand that you may not wish you or your child to appear in our marketing material. If you do not wish images of you or your child to appear in our future marketing materials, you must notify us of this in writing prior to the arrival date so that we can ensure that you or your child are not included within any photographs which may later be used for marketing purposes.
Liability
Your health and well-being are paramount to us here at Gobootcamp. Thus we require that all pre-existing medical conditions must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to disclose any information regarding a health condition that you are aware of may result in Gobootcamp terminating the contract and withdrawing the client from the programme and or service on the grounds of providing false information. You will not be entitled to any refund of payments under the termination of contract.
We want you to have fun and get fit with us at Gobootcamp and we employ only the most qualified personal trainers. We also take all precautions in line with National safety standards. The Client however understands that attending any activity or service provided by Gobootcamp and their trainers, involves some level of risk. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury or even death. By attending any activity or service provided by Gobootcamp the Client agrees to assume these risks and agrees to release and discharge Gobootcamp and its directors, employees trainers and agents from any and all claims for liability.
Complaints
We always welcome feedback on our programmes. If you encounter a problem during the programme you must follow the proper grievance protocol as follows;
You must report it in the first instance to the instructor.
If it is still unresolved you must email Gobootcamp at info@gobootcamp.net immediately and have up to 28 days so that we can promptly remedy your concern, unfortunately if we do not receive your complaint within 28 days, we will not be able to look into your case.
