WHEN DO I ARRIVE AND LEAVE?

We would like everyone to arrive after 3pm on Sunday ready to start Monday morning. We ask that you leave from 1pm on Saturday after the morning exercises.

CAN I ATTEND ON MY OWN ?

90% of clients attend on their own. The group spends lots of time together and so bond very quickly. We’ve seen many amazing friendships develop – most people say they are sad to leave by the Saturday!



WILL I BE SHOUTED AT?

All the training at Gobootcamp is done with respect and humility. It is delivered with stacks of encouragement and inspiration… There is no room for bullying and belittling at our bootcamp.

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS SHOULD I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?

Our bootcamp are suitable for beginners standard. These bootcamps are perfect for people who have four or more stones to loose. People who want to radically change their lifestyles with their diet and exercise.

IS IT GOING TO HURT?

You can expect the normal aches and pains you experience when you push your physical boundaries. 

HOW MUCH EXERCISE DO WE DO IN A DAY?

It is likely you will be exercising 4-6 hours a day. Monday- Friday are full days and Sunday and Saturday are half days.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

Lunch is NOT included.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We cater for all dietary requirements, and/or religious beliefs. When booking, we ask you about your dietary requirements. You must let us know at this time as we need to make our plan for the week ahead. We cannot change as the week goes on, so it is important to tell us before you start the week!

DO YOU HAVE INTERNET SERVICE?

Yes, we do have WIFI in all rooms in the property.

HOW DO I DO MY LAUNDRY?

We have a washing machine, which you are able to use yourself. you will be able to dry your clothes on a drying rail.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

We train!!! We do our utmost to work around the weather and train indoors to ensure you not only get amazing results but have a great time too.
